Hogan ®
Hogan Assessment System constitutes of a system of leadership evaluation that considers the personality from the view of the individual, as well as from the view of the observer. The complete evaluation process will indicate the Leadership Potential, the Challenges or possible Career Derailers, and will map the Values that motivate a person. The Hogan Personality Inventory ® (HPI) indicates the strengths and competencies that support the career and measures the reputation of the evaluated person; in other words, how this person is viewed socially. The Hogan Challenges Inventory ® (HCI) shows which are the risk factors for the performance, which may become the cause of career derailment and refers to the behaviors shown under high pressure, stress and insecurity, and of which the person is usually unaware.
